Shipping Costs

Shipping is priced for the UK market, with Royal Mail tracked 48hr postage. We offer ROI shipping priced at £5.00 per order and international shipping priced at £15.00 per order.

Returns

If, for whatever reason you are unhappy with the purchase and would like to return it, we offer a full refund is made within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please contact us within the 14 days to say you are returning your item, stating your order number. Please note you will be required to pay for the return shipping costs, and that you must use a tracked courier. SiblingSmyth can accept no responsibility for returned items until they are received.

If your item is faulty then once the return has been received and the fault identified, a full refund will be given including the return shipping costs.

As we are a very small business we can not cover shipping costs at this time but hopefully this policy can be reviewed as we grow.
